Q: Where do you ship?

A: United States destinations only. International shipping is coming soon. If you do live anywhere other than the United States please send an email to clothing_365@yahoo.com and we will see if we can accommodate you.

Q:Do I receive a tracking number?

A: Yes, when your order ships out, you will receive the tracking number same day.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive after shipment?

A: After your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If your order is placed Monday through Friday before 1pm est, it will be mailed out the same day, otherwise after 1pm will be mailed the next morning. All orders made on Saturday will be mailed out on Monday. All orders take 2-3 days to arrive in your hands. Please remember that shipping is taking a little longer and your order might come in 3-4 days.

Q: What do I do if my merchandise is damaged?

A: You will need to email us within two days of receiving your order. Your email must include your name, order number, and a picture of your merchandise If your merchandise is damaged on our part we will send you a shipping label to send your order back. Once we receive your merchandise, we will ship out your new order the next day. If we are out of stock you may exchange your order or get a refund.

Q:Do you offer exchanges?

A: Due to COVID-19 our exchanges are limited. If you purchase the wrong size or the merchandise is damaged yes we will. Please email clothing_365@yahoo.com for more information.

Q: Where my order being shipped from?

A: All of our orders get shipped out of Atlanta, GA.
